Builder recommendation for side extension/kitchen

MM22

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

We are soon starting our house renovations in SE22 (side extension / kitchen)and we are in the process of finding the right builder.

We have spoken to guys from Martinsbuilders (http://www.martinsbuilders.com/) and SpaceConversion (http://www.spaceconversion.uk/) - does anyone have any feedback on these builders?

Or do you have any other builders you could highly recommend that we should speak to.

Appreciate your opinions!

Many thanks.

I've just used SPD property. More than happy to recommend Sean Doyle (builder/owner) 07920021718 and his team. They're just finishing up my extension/side return project in SE22. They do a lot of terraces in east dulwich/camberwell /peckham.

Sean gave me a reasonable quote and he's always been very responsive. It has been a stress free build!

    • Hi everyone,  Our daughter is starting reception at Harris Primary in September. I'm trying to track down other parents with Harris reception kids so I can arrange a class get together in advance. Harris have not set up any Whatsapp group etc before the start of term and say this is not possible, which seems different to what other schools in the area are doing. My daughter doesn't know anyone else starting at Harris and is feeling sad about leaving her nursery friends, so would love to start meeting other people and reassuring her about the great friends she'll make very soon!  Many thanks  Isabel
    • CPR is right - I was shocked when I discovered how much of our CO2 emissions are down to cats and dogs, what with pet food manufacturing, them shitting everywhere, plastic poo bags etc they are not environmentally friendly at all.  I don't know what we'd do without our dog - it would leave a massive hole in our lives and it's so valuable for children to grow up with pets - but at the same time, I feel bad about it every day.
