Conveyancer/Solicitor Recommendation?

Hi all,

Just had an offer accepted on a flat in Penge. Being a first time buyer and a bit daunted by what comes next, I need to instruct a solicitor, and have no idea who might be good...!

If anyone has any recommendations, either local or further afield if one doesn't need to ever go to their offices, then I'd be glad to hear them.

We were in a similar position a few years ago and found a recommendation on the forum for Tim Jordan. He's based in Warrington, but he was great. More affordable than some of the local firms and very efficient.

I also have a few friends who have used him and they were happy too.
