Reputable Managing Agent wanted for property

Hi

Cab anyone suggest a good Managing Agents for our long term leasehold flat. For years we have been under the control of a very poor Agent employed by the Freeholder who have let the externals go to pot for 15 years to the extent where I am embarrassed to invite anyone round, and cannot instruct any work myself.

I would like to exercise the Right to Manage and employ another agent- but don't want to have similar issues.

Can anyone recommend a company?

I really don't want to go through the effort and expense of the RTM process to just hire another agent with a blank check mindset.
