We are moving abroad for a few years so we are renting our 3 bed house in SE14 in the Hatcham Park area. it's a 7 mn walk to new cross gate station, 15 to queens Road Peckham and new cross and under 20 to nunhead.brilliant bus routes to Westminster and the City.

The house is really bright and light, the 3 bedrooms are doubles, it has a cellar so loads of storage space. The garden is large. Ideal for a flatshare or family who wants to be in the haberdashers temple grove catchment (feeder to secondary). We redecorated it 2 years ago. it will be available for viewing week beginning 17 August or earlier if you can handle boxes etc.

2300 rent and 2 months deposit. 1 year tenancy but we expect to be away longer.

Pm me if interested

Hi Nikki,

This sounds perfect. Are you available for a viewing this afternoon at 5?

Or otherwise I could arrange for tomorrow or Friday? My number is 07791994562 if it is easiest to contact me on there. Do you have any photos of the property?

Look forward to hearing from you,

Frances

    • It should be easy enough to point out to anyone even thinking of voting reform that should they take power they will have no impact. And will make things worse.  And if people think politicians break promises now and reform are a breath of fresh air then they ain’t seen nothing yet  but they won’t really care about immigration if reform do win  uk used to be about law and order and now we have dim talking heads everywhere unchallenged going “leave the ECHR, stuff the judges, just do it!!”   like life is that simple sweeties
    • I have been reliably informed that it's not the same group.
    • my bet is it's the same group and no amount of talking to is going to make a difference.
    • Definitely not intended  to come across as "gleeful". Quite the opposite, because developments such as this will only encourage extreme right-wingers such as Reform. And heaven help us if they ever formed a government. It's incumbent on Labour to come up with an effective  policy to "smash the gangs" otherwise we are facing Farage and his gang further down the road.
