bignumber5 Posted June 25, 2009 Share Posted June 25, 2009 As I understand, in academic and literary contexts, it is appropriate to use capital letters for "significant words" in a title, with significant usually referring to pretty much everything but prepositions and articles.Probably a level or 2 of geekdom above what you were looking for... And headlines, eg: Senate attacks spending, waste. Is an and too much to ask for?I've just written a piece for an American newspaper and the changes they've made are bizarre.
