pre-fabs on LL

Does anyone know whats happening with the pre-fab up the hill, its been empty for sometime now,it did have metal panels on the windows, then they were replaced with plywood? Did somebody try to steel them for scrap metal, also is the council waiting for all the pre-fabs to become vacant so they can sell the land for redevelopement?

Yes, I believe the space occupied by one is too small, so they're waiting for the other tenant to leave.
