Wedding hair and make up - any recommendations?

I am getting married later this year and wondered if any of you could recommend anyone to do hair and make up? nothing too special, just simple!

For hair, thoroughly recommend a chap called Dean. He's at John Harding Hair & Beauty in Wapping but that's only a short ride away on the Overground. He's at [email protected] or on 07808520649. Can't help with make-up - I did my own in the end.

I recently used a lady called Sarah Birkett who was amazing. Sarah has tons of experience and I can't praise her enough.

I had a trial with someone else who was not up to it basically so I was so happy when I was given Sarah's card by the Bridal shop I used.

Amanda Roberts is local and excellent - I used her for party hair and makeup a year or so ago, and know that she does loads of weddings.

I recommend Chardinaye, she does mobile hair in Dulwich, re up-dos, blow-drys, high-lights, colour, and a lovely curly blow dry with straighteners!!. Reasonably priced, and very punctual. She is HeadMasters trained!! Her number is: 07943790652.
