Studio 45 Dulwich Village

Is anyone else concerned that Studio 45, picture framers in Dulwich Village, is being forced to close due to a rent increase of almost 100% and a massive rise in business rates. I fear that the only people who can afford the inreased rent will be estate agents, of which there are already far too many in the area. They add nothing to the local environment.

Great shame - commentator do you know them? If so it is worth passing on to them that business rates and very frequently incorrectly applied in this borough, and they can appeal to have them reviewed. If the rates are reduced they will also receive a lump sum to cover any previous overpayment. It does take a very long time though - which they may not have.
