'Ayrton Senna' on Lordship lane?

I must see this person twice a week on Lordship lane, unfortunately always just riding through on a scooter. He wears a Ayrton Senna crash helmet. Does anybody know who it is, I would love to buy a similar helmet for my bike but can not find a road legal one anywhere.

Why would you want one? Didn't Senna die from a broken neck wearing exactly that?
