for frame text Quids, highlight and copy the text, click on apostrophe icon on bar below 'attach a file', window appears, paste text into bar, and ok it...

You know the My Control Centre link

Click on that

Then click Edit Signature

THEN click Forum Settings and drop down the "enable signatures" option

When you?re done that open up that document you?re working on, hit ctrl-A then hit delete and save the changes.
