can anyone recommend a Pilates class. (Hurt back few months ago.)

Hi,

Basically I'm looking for a friendly supportive Pilates class.

I hurt my back earlier in the year, had some physio which helped. However due to nature of my job I seem to aggravate back quite a lot.

I have been looking into local classes, but would like any recommendations or suggestions. That would be helpful.

Not sure of the name but there is a class that they do on forest hill road were the old French cafe used to be hope this helps

Highly recommend Jessica at the Sunflower Centre in Brockley if you can get it. She is the best rehabilitative pilates teacher I've ever met.

Just checking in if you have found a Pilates class to suit your needs? We are a combined gym and physio facility, with a strong emphasis on rehab and post-injury exercise.

We have a range of Pilates classes (equipment and Mat) available, suitable for different levels, or if you are new to Pilates or require a bit more personal attention, we have a personal Pilates Induction, which includes: a screening with one of our in-house physiotherapists, as well as three, 1-on-1 Pilates sessions.
