I wanted to ask if anyone knows of any good options for group accommodation for 12 people in one house in London. I've looked in a variety of places online but wanted to ask if anyone has any particular suggestions here. Rooms can be shared but each person needs their own bed (that is the tricky part) and we need use of the kitchen so it has to be self catered.

Thanks,

Leigh

The marlin street apartments near St Paul's are fairly reasonable and nicely kept. Believe you can request single or doubles. They have small kitchens (or kitchenette the word might be). Have used in a large group before and worked well even though the communal space wasn't huge.
Agree about the Thurlestone Apartments Canadian Avenue. I stayed in the next door apartments (all owned by the same family) in btween selling one property and buying another. Lovely garden apartment with own patio. Only drawback was communal washing machines. Not sure whether they still do short lets though.

Hi Leigh,

Are you still looking for property. We did have a twelve bed but we have rented out 4 rooms on the ground floor. Still have available 8 double beds over two floors kitchen on each floor and showers room.

Property is in the heart of bellenden road-prime location.

Let me know

Sean

    • Very sorry to hear this, but surely the landlord is responsible for fixing the electrics?  Surely they must be insured for things like this? I hope you get it all sorted out quickly.
