ratty
A friend of mine's mother passed away yesterday after a long illness. Myself and some colleagues want to get a collection together but are shying away from flowers.Any ideas for tributes to the departed that may be fitting? Ted Max
It very much depends on the departed and her family. But ideas could include...Commission a piece of music/ art. Plant something in a favourite spot/ garden. Make a donation in her name to a cause she would have supported. Tony.London Suburbs
Maybe a bench with a small plaque on it to recognise a favourite place where she frequently liked to visit. sophiesofa
I think Ted's suggestion for a donation is a good idea. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/7540-fitting-tribute-to-a-life/#findComment-237437 Share on other sites
