Baby sleep consultant

Can anyone recommend a baby sleep consultant really struggling with my 6 month old baby's sleep or lack of it and would appreciate some advice. Anyone had any experiences of a using a sleep consultant or can recommend anyone?

Another vote for Nicola, she's brilliant. If you want some hands-on support (Nicola does provide that I think, but I only used her telephone consultancy service) then shout as I used a fabulous maternity nurse who specialises in sleep training too. Good luck. Sleep deprivation is brutal.

It's not cheap but once you get to sleep you will think it the best money you ever spent! Good luck and hang in there..it will get better :)

We used Brenda (http://brendathenanny.co.uk) - day 2 our baby slept through apart from one 15minute wake up. It was really hard (involved crying) but her methods work.

We've just enjoyed 2 weeks of our 10 month old sleeping through the night, thanks to Nicola! She changed up our bedtime routine and nursing schedule, and we had less than an hour of crying spread over 2 nights before he slept through. Best money we've spent!
