lucy cheyne
Can anyone recommend a baby sleep consultant really struggling with my 6 month old baby's sleep or lack of it and would appreciate some advice. Anyone had any experiences of a using a sleep consultant or can recommend anyone? Thanks, lucy Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/84571-baby-sleep-consultant/ Share on other sites

carebear
I would also highly recommend Nicola - we used her with our 6m old. Feel free to PM if you'd like more details x Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/84571-baby-sleep-consultant/#findComment-931087 Share on other sites
CocoC
Another vote for Nicola, she's brilliant. If you want some hands-on support (Nicola does provide that I think, but I only used her telephone consultancy service) then shout as I used a fabulous maternity nurse who specialises in sleep training too. Good luck. Sleep deprivation is brutal. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/84571-baby-sleep-consultant/#findComment-931089 Share on other sites
carebear
I meant to say in my previous message, I had a few other recommendations from reliable people if Nicola isn't available or you'd just like to explore other options. Can dig them out if you'd like them x Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/84571-baby-sleep-consultant/#findComment-931165 Share on other sites

KLR
Carol Mae helped us with our twins after our maternity nurse left. She was amazing!http://www.carolmaeconsulting.co.ukIt's not cheap but once you get to sleep you will think it the best money you ever spent! Good luck and hang in there..it will get better :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/84571-baby-sleep-consultant/#findComment-931947 Share on other sites
EastdulwichNewbie
We used Brenda (http://brendathenanny.co.uk) - day 2 our baby slept through apart from one 15minute wake up. It was really hard (involved crying) but her methods work. KGastaldo
We've just enjoyed 2 weeks of our 10 month old sleeping through the night, thanks to Nicola! She changed up our bedtime routine and nursing schedule, and we had less than an hour of crying spread over 2 nights before he slept through. Best money we've spent!
