Hagrid
HiyaFrom Melbourne now in Dulwich. Melbourne very large suburban city. Anywhere around the bay is lovely - near beaches etc., though its not tidal and the beaches can be a little bit boring. Those closest to town South Melbourne are more urban the further from Melbourne they become more social etc., I would also look at up near Melbourne University (Parkville)and also Richmond and if you can afford it Torak. adsyb99
Also from Melbourne and living in ED. Grew up not far from the bayside suburbs you mentioned (in Ormond) and think it's a great place to live. If we do go back, the places you mention are probably the areas we'll be looking in too. Only negative is the transport into city can be a bit tedious from those areas if you or hubby are working centrally. The Sandringham line is notorius for delays and cancellations. Although, this is going back a few years to when I lived there, so maybe things have improved. If you have any questions before or after your trip, happy to help.
