No you wouldn't...besides, it's pretty difficult to ignore you - being the pain in the backside that you are! (*inserts yellow-giggling-smiley-thingamijig*)

Anyway, what was your original question to Admin? I mean, all this fuss! Dear, oh dear, oh dear!

Oh, and it's "Laddy" to you!

It's a feature I took off (when there was massive traffic on the site the other day) because it slows the site down, I'll put them back up soon but do give me a nudge if they're not back in a couple of weeks. If you're interested:

I've notice that quite a few of the rogue posts in the "about the forum" section should be in the "for sale" section. And tend to come from those people who are rather fond of SHOUTING ABOUT THEIR WARES IN CAPITALS

is it because this section is more open to spamming or are some people just very.... you know

I mean, few enough peolpe visit this section anyway - so why do the for sale crew do it so often?

Just curious... it's no biggie

Lol staferjack funny. I think I may know whats happening, and if thats the case. I would like to see admin explain how a company who have donated their free time, energy and money to past and present community project be deemed as naughty.??? Admin could you please explain!! thank you

it's nothing to do with the company or a judgement on them Monica - it's just a possible sequence of letters in the name

i could be wrong, but it is what has stopped me and others posting before

The word "specialist" was a case in point - nothing wrong with the word but it contains c-i-a-l-i-s which spammers us heavily so was on a banned list for a while

    • Naaah, it's rubbish - it would be a change of use so would need planning. https://www.planningdirect.co.uk/planningappeals/affordable-planning-applications/change-of-use/commercial-to-takeaway-change-of-use There's not enough footfall for a McDonalds, anyway, and they're quite picky about their sites
    • So let's never do anything that might improve an area, because it will just be dragged down to the level of what's presently there? Is that what you are saying? I don't have the time or the inclination to do the research, but I'm pretty sure that I have read  that when people who had lived in a very run down area  were given  nice surroundings, they appreciated and looked after them.
