Cannot remember having better for a long long time.

Local prices.

PS The dining experience was like old times of my youth. Pleasant,friendly clean and welcoming.

We had them this week, delicious! Fresh tasting fish and perky chips. See they are doing calamari etc and look forward to sampling it. You can eat in now too!

I tried this yesterday and it was the best fish 'n' chips I have had in ages. The batter was perfect - thin, light and crispy and the chips were cooked to perfection. The owner was also really friendly.

There's another chip shop (which I will not mention as I don't want to put it down)that is sometimes mentioned on this forum as the best around. Cod Fellas is better IMO.

Tried The Cod Fellas today.. Excelent Fish (cod) & Chips..

... Lovely crisp batter .. nice chips..

Had a sit down so really nice and fresh and hot.. served with Lemon Wedges..

Nice Cup of Turkish Black Tea.. No charge..
