Yes it was another of those fabulous evenings...I had such fun and so many laughs with the other 3 musketeers (daizie, KK, and Mon). Brum and Karter, it is always a joy having you around. HAL9000 it was so so good to see you again after all these months...please don't leave it so long next time...and apologies to everyone if I neglected you owing to "catching up" with the Computer. Your guest was an absolute delight too. I do hope he had a pleasant evening and that he comes again. Lovely (actually that word is inadequate, but pea brain struggling at present) to see some of the familiar faces such as ????, Georgia, Raj, Sean, Sue and great to meet some new people such as alleycat and floatingonion, zaraband, geo and all those lurkers...nice to meet you all too. I met many first time attendees who were happy to give their real name but not their posting name for some reason - I hope they had a good time anyway


Good to see quids abandon the shirt for a far more classy jacket. And AnotherPaul made up for his non-attendance at the last 24 drinks by cramming as much info into each second as possible - twas a joy to be witness to it

Do you mean me?? I suppose I did eat quite a few.... however in my defence the bowl was placed on the table right in front of me!! How could a food dustbin such as myself resist??!

      Even with Acrobat pro - it does not open even though it is an acrobat doc.   Error: "Adobe Acrobat could not open 'April 2025 Dulwich Hill Newsletter.pub' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then choose Save as Adobe PDF from the PDF dropdown in the Print dialog."

      I got my hair cut there and was very happy with it. I thought the pricing was fair - less than Blue Tit which is where I used to go. Jonny used to cut my hair years ago. I went to book him but ended up with Gabriele who did a great job. Will use them again. Also their junior price goes up to 17.

      Agree. Downloaded the file and can't open it. And unfortunately not sufficiently interested to persevere. I presume it needs something installed on my mobile to read pub files.
