You may not like him Keef but Murray was hammering Rafa when he pulled out as Rafa, more generoulsy than you, acknowledged

He's a great player, and I was being naughty, but hammering a player who is clearly not fit isn't quite hammering Rafa at top form.

For the record, I'd be surprised if Murray doesn't win at least one grand slam in his career (especially when Federer retires). Doesn't mean I'll start liking him, or cheer it as a brit win or anything.

I never cheered Tiger Tim either, for some reason, for me, nationality doesn't come in to it with Tennis, or most individual sports. I just like who I like.

I thought it was a great result yesterday. Ok Rafa Nadal wasnt 100% fit...but even so Murray would have still beaten him on this form...(ie look at their 2008 US Open Semi final which Murray won convincely.

I think Andy Murray is the best thing to happen to BRITISH tennis in a long time.

At the age of 22 he has reached a US Open final, Wimbledon semi final, Australian Open semi final as well as a career high ranking of 2 in the world.

I really hope (and I think he will) acheive that breakthrough and land that 1st Grand Slam

Paddy Power have put him as odds on favourite for the australian open now!!

    • Of course they do, watching cookery shows and buying cook books is a national pastime. However you raise a good point that some people claim they are time poor and end up eating out / takeaways as sometimes a quick macciedee is cheaper and easier than making a quick nutrious family meal.  However to put it in balance, not many people have the knowledge, confidence and time to cook Persian so good luck to team persepolis on this venture.
