..looking for some advice/Tips. I'm going next month for a big birthday of mine. Visited for a day trip a few years ago in mid August and whilst I loved the city itself, found it difficult to escape tourist trap restaurants when there for only a day.

I'm visiting for a long weekend so any advice re interesting/lovely restaurants out of the main tourist drag would be very appreciated. Or any resources to find out such info. Also any must see sights apart from the very obvious.

Thanks in advance

They were a group of local young Black students I had contacted via a local connection. I later learnt that she would not expose her young people 'to that man'. Others had looked him up on Google apparently ... just as well he has links with the Free Speech Union. #Colonialism #Empire #Slavery #SlaveTrade ... if you feel you can risk it, here is that man:

This may be pure coincidence but prior to last weekend the pond was clear. Does park management have a way to get onto the pond and fish all the plastic rubbish out, I wonder? It can't be good to leave it." it's been very windy the past few days, could be down to that
