I would thoroughly recommend this pest control firm. I had a terrible problem with rats had various firms in. Rats came back. But now after the treatment I have received from Craig brown. I have no problem at all bait traps were put down wire wool and foam. Even a follow up call. I can tell you I thoroughly recommend this firm.

Oh, so it is not just us that has had this experience with Craig then? We used him last year and I had no complaints as his visit solved the problem. Called him again for a different area this June and he came and threw poison down our basement with the view to return a few days later. I payed upfront (stupidly) and we have not seen him since. The problem has now retuned as it was never properly dealt with and I have ended up hang to go elsewhere. I contacted him on numerous occasions and he always set a new visiting date but then didn't turn up and ignored all means of communication to confirm appointment and or reschedule. Extremely un reliable and upmost unprofessional. DO NOT use Craig Brown.

On the note of having turned elsewhere I have just had Roger over from Critter Solutions who has several great reviews on here and on first impression he seemed an absolute diamond! Punctual, informative and such a lovely and pleasant man. We paid quite a bit more than we did for Craig but Roger's quote involved several re visits and a guarantee to solve the problem. His work is also guaranteed for 18 months! I have spent the same amount of money on Craig in 12 month anyway. On first impressions I seriously recommend Roger from Critter solutions!!

    • Also has a free film afternoon once a month… shows a range of films.. Free as well. On first floor. Not great toilets but still.. Staff are all very helpful. Have lessons one to one if you need help on most computer issues. Can borrow iPad as well on site - ground floor. Extremely well stocked library with some new titles as well.
    • Just a short silly one among more prosaic or gloomy posts: libraries are brilliant and we are lucky to have them! I popped into Dulwich Library this afternoon. It was pretty busy and I'd guess there were probably 40-50 people in, plus however many in the kids' section. All sorts of people were borrowing books, getting their blood pressure checked on the machine, printing documents, using computers, getting out the house and off the street, reading the papers and reference books, whatever. Oldies, kids, students and everyone in between. At exam time, it's a safe space rammed with kids studying. It's an elegant building, the staff always seem to be doing their best despite the obvious money challenges, it's open late most days, and all for £0 at point of use. We are all very lucky to have access to Dulwich Library and the other libraries! 👏👏👏
