A good site here for urban legends. I remember talk of a curse after the deaths of several cast members from Poltergiest. Also, the claim that you see the death of Brendan Lee in The Crow was big at the time. The Jamie Lee Curtis one is quite interesting.

If this was down to Keef, he'd be there having hair of the dog, but Keef hardly got to see Mrs Keef over the weekend, even though we were at the same wedding (I was playing guitar), so Mrs Keef may not be too keen! -
Agreed, although I like this song best when Trent Reznor (NIN singer / writer of the song) does it on the piano I saw him do it at Reading last year and it was so good!

Sandperson, what I thought was interesting about that story was The court had heard that Mr Collett could have earned more than ?13,000 a week, making a total in excess of ?16m if he had played until the age of 35. Unbelievable isn't it. Especially as ?13,000 a week is nothing for a top player these days.

I honestly don't think people need to worry too much about ATMs. I have taken to using cash much more, as it seems to be in the shops where you're in more danger.

I was in a Boots with a friend of mine a few years back and she, at the age of 27 at the time, was refused a deodorant, because it's illegal to see aerosols to under 16s. I almost wet myself laughing at her!

Wolf Creek! Freaked me and Mrs Keef out, was done in such a way that it just seemed too real, especially when you thought that it was based heavily on the backpacker murders in Australia over the last 15 years or so. Candy Man used to get me too. Helleeeennn!

To be honest, I doubt it's cash machines, they're not that easy to tamper with, and if they have been, there is likely to be a thing stuck on in front of the slot you put your card in to (to read the card).
