  3. KHugnotatie are you Seans wife? Hugnot,The trouble with Europe is it is all signpost and no destination. A circle of debt. There are other continents you know like Asia where you are.
  4. Last year I had a faint gas type smell in my kitchen, and turning everything upside down and checking gas rings etc.I turned the wall plugs of in case, and I heard a low hissing noise just about audible. It was coming from the freezer and closer inspection found, the smell was coming from there I called an electrician friend and he told me the freezer had been punctured and it was gas leaking from it . I in my impatience couldnt wait for it to defrost and thought I would do a bit of scraping with the wrong tool.a screwdriver. I had to buy a new freezer.
  5. Did anyone else see Phillip Scofield this morning delivering meals to the old folk. There was one old lady, and he said you have casserole today and she replied"does it have chillie in it" he said No and she burst into tears with relief. I think there is too much chillie in all products now, even the so called chefs cannot cook anything without adding it to all their dishes, Jamie Oliver is the worse culprit, but I guess he has his own motive for promoting chillies. Ther are people that actually want to eat plain food. Lots of pensioners hate chillies, and seeing there is a massive number of pensioners those in catering should take note or lose out on sales. In particular Hospital food does not cater for refined pallettes, too much spice covers up bad food.
  6. Warm warer and white vinegar are good for chandeliers plus patience and effort. Suspend to drip dry.

  10. Hugnot the whole things crumbling its been forty years to reach this point and its all gone t+ts up. Theres no need to be ranting at me I never done it The best laid plans of mice and men and all that. Theres a new future and its not Europe.
  11. I suppose if you have invested your main bussiness in Europe you would be feeling as sick as a parrot and wished you had not put your eggs in one basket No doubt the plughole is in sight. whom doth the bell toll for The Euro and all that entails. Ding dong.
  12. Box set of ,OZ. is the way to go.

  16. I wouldnt be surprised if we heard a lot more about the D,M,C doctors, in the papers or on the television before long. When someone declines to comment as did Ravi Gupta then it becomes more interesting.
  17. Fair enogh Jeremy I just found Ottas view offensive and narrow. People are quick to become offensive when seanjack passes his usual ,,self righteus opinions about me. Maybe he knows me!! maybe he dont.but he is obsessive. There are individuals who have had bad. dealings with the D,M.C,that cannot be discussed on an open forum. The incident with the phone call did happen,at the time I went to the reception and complained and it was stopped. Because its an open forum some people will not come on it and give their accounts of dealings with the D,M.C,for fear of comebacks or worse the no it alls on here.,or the fasnatical p.c crowd who think everyones as an agenda.
  18. You dont get brownie points for being a toadie Otta.
  19. The bill I had was an itemised bill, with the number recorded on it. I would have posted it on here if I still had it but it was 2002 when it happened. So many of you, have not been with the practice long enough. I see the Sean clique is still up and running, brown nosers. Why do you all think in black and white all the time there are grey areas, think more lateral. There are some people who do have bad experiences with some doctors surgeries. As for the ecstacy dealer, you do get carried away at times. Dont mistake curiosity for envy either, from an article in a paper to a witch hunt on this thread is a joke.
  20. The D>M.C did use an Indian exchange to make an appointment. I personally found this out when I asked the man who couldnt speak English properly where he was based, to which he replied India,I went to see the receptioist at the time and she said that was a fact.I told her I didnt like the idea of paying for a call to India. My phone bill confirmed it. Since then they no longer use that method. Nothing racist Stafersean.you still havent got over the fact I was not one of your X girlfriends having a crack at you or Spangles whoever she was. Go on tick me of you doughnut. It wasnt me that done the article on Gupta it was the mail, they must be racist .
  21. Ravi Gupta Jnr, has been with the practice since 1993. If making an appointment by telephone via an Indian exchange is the way to go to get rich at the expense of patients that must be ok then by E,D standards.
  22. The article was in the Daily Mail on Saturday.
  23. Did anyone read the article on the D,M,C.making enough money for the Gupta family to own a mansion in South London and turn over millions with their contract with the N.H.S. Dr Gupta can make time for his private patients, with his extra services but can hardly find time for his national health patients. Some of his patients who have him as their doctor have not actually seen him for years. To find out he has a two million pound mansion and numerous exspensive cars is quite disconcerting. Some patients have had their medicines cut back to make savings nursing aftercare has been minimal, why when a doctor can earn this kind of money. Capitalism.
