Realistic detention centres are needed for young offenders and prisons, would anyone really change their ways if they are detained in luxury and cosy gang mentality "inside doing bird". Lets see in our detention places we have ,television,games,weightlifting,pool,tattooing,various drugs food,flush toilets.painting,could read like a Butlins camp. They should learn lifes too short to be muppets. Reality is not everyone was born to be rich or "somebody",life can be sweet living very simply and cool. What is evident is the serious lack of police,so using the army would make up the shortfall. Thats very interesting Brum,i will check that out, going on a caravan/camping trip soon. This citronella is it a plant extract or some kind of chemical,do you know would it give sensitive people headaches like migraine sufferers. How exspensive would it be this oil,just curious.

All police dramas have the main police character in a miserable failing marriage or seperated and poor little neglected children all dressed up and waiting for the errant parent to take them out, but they let them down again. Nearly all police dramas, on t.v. and film have this miserable state of affairs in them,ruining any good plot. The exception being Midsomer murders old Barnaby, the happiest policeman in the world of fiction.
