Suspicious activity in Crawthew Grove this morning

suspect he may have visited us this afternoon. -
Hello, Sorry to post with news of crime. Me, Mrs Feedlebra and baby F have been burgled, potentially while in the house this afternoon. Stolen: 1 White Mac Laptop and charger 2 iPods (1 black 16G with the word iPodly on the back, one black iPod nano) 1 Silver Baby Monitor (which has a screen and so was probably mistaken for something expensive by the burglar) Obviously the chances of any of these coming to light is nil, but you have to post, don't you, just in case. Any news, usual address. Yours sadly AF

Dog Control on Goose Green - consultation.
Alan Feedlebra replied to Mark's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Sadly dog control orders do not just relate to residential estates: Boring law follows: Under section 57 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 a Dog Control Order can be made in respect of any land which is open to the air and to which the public are entitled or permitted to have access (with or without payment). And that, I am afraid, relates to Goose Green. I should like to see people who do not clear up after their dogs prosecuted as well, but I suspect that responsible dog owners will be penalised by the council for the actions of the irresponsible. Am all for rubbing owners noses in it though. Yours, Poo Neutrally, -

No, not freedom to leave dog sh*t everywhere, people should pick it up in the little bags that most dog walkers seem to carry round. Although those who don't are the ones that permit comments like yours to result in councils seeking to ban dog walking in parks. -
May I suggest the name for the thread is "Who's on the slab"? Maybe not.

I suspect this will prompt the usual handwringing about dog faeces and blindness. The Council should be upfront about their intentions, that this is the first step in another banning decision. What ever happened to residual freedoms in this country. -

superb wifi network names in East Dulwich
Alan Feedlebra replied to bawdy-nan's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
On your puter go to the wireless network search (usually bottom right corner) click your right hand mouse button and select "view available wireless networks". If there are some, they will appear. If there are not then, um, they will not. -
