  1. Trains were on time when I got the 16:20. All ran smoothly. Still delays on other lines, but hopefully not too bad for people getting home.
  2. The 40 was fine all the way in. Quite quick due to the lack of traffic.
  3. A lovely day for it & I'm stuck at work. I hate computers.

  5. The 7:15 today was the closest to on time it's been all week.
  6. I've not played the Zelda games except for one on the Game Boy that I can't quite remember. As for Skyrim I'm absolutely loving it. I haven't played any of the series before, so maybe that's why it seems quite new. Certainly one of the things the ZP mentioned was every now & again you meet one big guy that just pummels you. I've also found that it's quite easy to level up some of the non combat skills. Which isn't so helpful when you end up in combat with the aforementioned big guys....
  7. Zero Punctuation didn't seem to care for it. Warning, if you haven't listened to his reviews before they can somewhat offensive, yet absolutely hilarious.
  8. I'd like to add my support to all the stall holders who are out every Saturday. I'm not one for tat shopping, but really enjoy all of the food stalls. From Sparkes & the fish monger who are always helpful & offer advice, to the variety of food to eat on the go. If Mrs. Onion & I are in ED on a Saturday we almost always end up getting lunch from the market. I quite often don't make it past the Dogfather though. But having eaten at all of them I don't think you can go wrong. As for the stall holders not having a sense of pride, I suppose that you haven't talked to many of them. All the ones I've talked are very proud of their wares & really happy to see people enjoying their food. Unfortunately I won't be able to show my support with cash tomorrow as I'm not around.

It's a long road & not all the demographic you seem to think it is.
  10. We walked past the Bishop about 8 after a pint at the Palmerston & it wasn't boarded up, so I'm not sure where people are referring to.
  11. Peckham Rye station is open, just stopped there.
  12. Looks like most buses were running normally. Also the 12 was diverted down Grove Vale. Trains look normal.
  13. Looks like a good time. Unfortunately I couldn't make it, but I'll be in training for next year!
  14. I keep pitching the PS3 as a bluray player, but Mrs. Onion isn't falling for it.
  15. MP, I've got it RDR laying around if you want to try it out. I really enjoyed it, but I know plenty of people who didn't. I also worked through Portal 2 & very much enjoyed it. Shame it doesn't have an advanced mode like the first one to go back through some of the chambers.
  16. It looks like this. With a bit of wiggle room for scales & general inaccuracy.
