Evening everyone I'm trying to gauge whether there would be any interest in guided relaxation classes for mums to be in the area. The classes would be fairly intimate with maybe 4-6 people, would last around 45 minutes and would focus on progressive muscle relaxation and guided imagery to help reduce stress and increase comfort. Relaxation during pregnancy is both safe and effective, and can have lots of benefits for mums to be. Does this sound like something you might be interested in? Please let me know, either by replying to this post or messaging me privately. Leah

recommendation for good painter/decorator - Richard Bond
tomlinsons replied to Florien's topic in Reviews
Another recommendation for Richard - he came round, gave us a fair quote and an estimated time frame for the work (tidying our awfully bumpy walls in bedroom and repainting). Stuck to the quote and time estimate and gave us his honest opinion on some aspects of the work. Would definitely recommend his work and hoping to have him back for the spare bedroom too! -
Thanks all for suggestions/recommendations. Gatt I was advised to start as soon as possible - ideally from 20 weeks - as it gives you longer to practise and embed the techniques

I asked around and have heard mixed reviews about Hollie De Cruz - friends who saw her commented that she would cancel sessions and then be a bit awkward when trying to reschedule... Any recommendations for Lizzie Hammond? Thanks everyone

Thanks guys, will look in to both!

Another recommendation for Gokay. I've been training with him for about a year now and he's just the best! Exercising has never been my strong point but he helps to keep me motivated & I love noticing that I can do things I would never have been able to do. He keeps things varied so no two weeks are the same & tailors the sessions to your goals. His number is 07872 486 891.

Hi guys, my friend Tamsin Clarke is putting on her play at the Rosemary Branch Theatre (very near Haggerston Overground). She is an East Dulwicher but spends a lot of time cruising England's canals on her boat. I'm biased, but the play is pretty amazing and has won loads of awards... check it out. Morning all, Just to warn you all that the drycleaners on Grove Vale was robbed last night - don't think they actually got away with much, just some change from the till. But they used a crow bar to get through the metal grill on the back window. So check all doors, windows etc...

I used Virgin Fibre Optic broadband for 2 years and was very happy with it. Have since had to have a landline fitted and changed broadband to TalkTalk, which is much slower & will often not work for no reason.

More rush hour trains from ED to LB

That has just made my day! Thank you -
Finally managed to find out that Peckham police turned up just after the accident & removed the person's car, but didn't think to let me know that they had his vehicle registration number despite me going to East Dulwich police station this morning, or to remove my car from in the road. What charmers.

Morning everyone, I woke up this morning to find my beloved silver volkswagen polo half on the pavement, half in the road, with the rear of the car facing my front door. The rear right of my car has been indented & the rear left wheel has popped. I'm assuming the accident took place between 1am & 4am because a friend was driving back home at that time & he saw the car in the road, but didn't realise it was mine... Did anyone see or hear anything? The horrible person drove off without leaving any details (surprise, surprise). I would be really grateful if you could let me know. Thank you
