  1. Well, 405 views and less than a handful of people who would/might come, so it's not looking too good for the Thea Fans at the mo ......

  5. Would be 19 February probably if we go ahead.
  6. Try asking the manager of the DKH Sainsbury's, if he doesn't know he should know where you can find out.
  7. Admin, please move if not the appropriate place to post, not sure where to put it. We are looking to book Thea Gilmore (YAY!) for DHFC, but she's expensive. We have no idea what sort of numbers she might attract as we don't normally put on people who are mainly singer-songwriters. Would you come to see her if we booked her? We have to make a decision in the next day or so. Also looking at James Yorkston if anybody's interested :)-D
  8. djw Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Dam recession and cost cutting!! xxxxx Look on the bright side, at least you still have a job which many don't :)
  9. Can the cab driver not tell you the addresses he took the two pick-ups to (or from)? You could write with a "probably you have already handed it in somewhere but if you haven't got round to it ...." line?
  10. Hey good luck with it, I'll be down to Chener Books to have a look :)
  11. Don't Bring Me Down - The Animals

I'm all for local independant shops > which offer something different, but Costcutter > doesn't really fall into this category. xxxxxxx But we can't all be creative shopkeepers, and some poor person has presumably bought the franchise at Costcutter
  13. You could also get a bus to Waterloo and pick up the Jubilee Line from there, depending on where you live?
  14. Snapfish (online) seem good, not used them for photo gifts but the quality of their prints seems fine, and they're very reasonably priced especially when they have offers on
  15. Papa's Got a Brand New Bag - James Brown

I know ex drug users who have very responsible jobs. Don't make assumptions! Edited to add: I also know drug users who have very responsible jobs!
  19. On Saturdays. Edited to add: And his garlic is good as well.

  23. Diwana Bhel Puri (I think that's what it's called) and Ravi Shankar are run by the same people, so both excellent cheap South Indian Food. Best things are the bhel puri starter and the almond kulfi ice cream dessert, best kulfi in London and home made, not delivered from some central kulfi production factory. But the dhosas are pretty good too :)-D
  24. Another vote for Fujiyama :)
