Someone stole our Monkey Puzzle tree

I have seen many plants in pots stolen from front gardens round here as I am out early in the morning. There's always a trail of soil to the road, so clearly a van driving up and down the streets. -
I am unimpressed with the selection of bath toys out there. Really standard and humdrum. Nothing imaginative. Has anyone seen or got anything fun that the kids love?
-
Loved the bathroom. Very brave but awesome.

night out without the kids. Where in ED to go?

Brockwell lido cafe is lovely of an evening if it's warm -
I'm going tomorrow with my two yr old. Check out the white ibiza site, they have a kids section.

We've just installed shaker peg rails around an entire wall to hang fun things like costumes and toys. Gltc.co.uk has some good storage solutions if you prefer not to have things on show.

The words in quotes are the ones from my post so I feel obliged to reply even though I didn't write the incendiary "fuss" comment. What I have said previously is reiterated below in my own quotes. As you can see they are statements. Not inferences. Because I think something, doesn't mean I am inferring people who think otherwise are wrong. Just as you point out KK, you are entitled to your view and right to express it, as am I and Motorbird. We have all expressed our views. So all in all this in itself has been a "positive" and "exciting" exchange of views. Hurrah for the EDF! Boo Hiss to the authoritarian elite if indeed they are trying to prevent such things. Scandalous. "Things can just be done because it's fun, positive and exciting." "Great business sense and a successfully run business that impacts the community in this way is positive and exciting news" KalamityKel Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Where has it been inferred something wasn't "fun" > "positive" or "exciting"? Agreed Otta, they did it to get people signing up. It ensures they will get lots of business and makes the venture more likely to be a success. Great business sense and a successfully run business that impacts the community in this way is positive and exciting news.

If you intend to frequent the cinema it was a great deal. Also able to be used at their other cinemas until ours opened. Also it isn't necessarily about vanity for all. I bought a membership for my little boy so he can see his name up on the screen when he's a bit older. We love films and I think it would be exciting for him. I hope it will also show him we are a community and he is an established part of that. Maybe if he gets older and moves away he will always feel his roots in ED where he was born and his name up in artwork in a community institution compounds this. Things can just be done because it's fun, positive and exciting.

Half an hour. 6.15-6.30 stories and milk, 6.30-6.45 bath, dry off, cuddle, bed.

We have a tiny bathroom and did it a few years ago. It looks much bigger now with a few tricks on the eye. Use big tiles on the floor and have them climb a few inches up the wall as your skirting. Makes the floor look bigger. Keep the vanity off the floor, pick something attached to the wall. Ideally same with toilet. We hid our cistern in the wall. We built a bath panel with an indent in the bottom and put a strip of lights under the bath that makes it look floating..

Can anyone recommend a good day spa in London
yeknomyeknom replied to madmum's topic in The Family Room Discussion
The Sanctuary has shut unfortunately. -
Oh for goodness sakes people, chill out.

Can't we try to stay positive for once? It's so depressing to follow a thread I am excited about to find it once again (and this time, so quickly), reduced to negative barbs. Everyone is entitled to their say, but gee whizz people, it takes so much more energy to be negative. Smile, breathe, look on the bright side. Life is so much more fun over here.

Bednest. You can raise it at one end if your baby has reflux or a cold.
-
Ok, got it. Thanks vic.
-
Thanks Vic. Perhaps I am misunderstanding. This is the standard membership page. At no point does it ask about a specific cinema so not sure if we used that, how picturehouse would track who their first 1000 are.

Does anyone know how to become a founder member? It doesn't say on the site.
