Whats all the fuss??..it depends on what rice you are cooking.. Thai fragant rice: wash n drain rice in cold water, place rice in pan,add boiling water (1/2" above rice)bring to boil with med heat with lid open.Once rice soak up all water turn heat down to low,cover lid and cook for another 10 to 15 mins.Loosen rice with fork while its still hot(v. important). Some rice take up more water than others. Sticky rice are mostly down to too much water. Good luck

I managed to cut down alot on food wasted by bying daily rather than weekly. I cook only the right amount so making sure there's no leftover. with left over meats i'll make fried rice and vegs i'll use it in curry. It worked for me, I guess it's not easy if you've been working all day. I always feed the birds with any old bread.

i'm the most patience person on earth. It just get to the point where I can't be bother to explain to these people anymore. Don't get the wrong impression that I overcharge by the sound of things.I have excellent reputaion..or so I've been told by my customers :))

I truly believed its down to greed. You get people who like to buy cheaply so they can afford to waste. At the end of the day If you dont agree with something, there's no need to be nasty

I work on a store where we work long hours to meet the demand of the local.. It makes me really angry when the odd ignorance who aproach us to tell us that our price are much dearer than supermarket and yet always comes back for more..AArrrgg...

I did park on the 6th floor but then again didn't like the idea of getting in that lift either
