I've seen this before - thieves pop open the seat on Vespa ET2/ET4s to get at helmets often stored in there. The unlocked petrol cap is under there too, so perhaps frustrated at being unable to find anything, or start the bike, they torch it. Nice.

I manage to park outside my house and I share a road with Dell Autos and their many customers. I sometimes have to park around the corner, or wait for a spot, especially on Saturdays (which probably wouldn't be patrolled as a CPZ), but that's a small price to pay for having a car in London and being next to a vibrant High Street. No CPZ.

I'd prefer a borough-wide crackdown on people using mobiles while driving. It's this type of driver that always seems to trying to knock me off my bike.
