Beware when walking and texting on your mobile

To be fair I walk about 10 miles a day, and it's boring as hell, but to pass the time I will go on either Ebay, Amazon, Facebook, my fitness pal, East Dulwich forum, or just respond to prospective clients emails. Means that I walk longer rather than getting on a stinky bus lol -

Thanks guys. Yes it was scary (even for me who has fought for 2 British titles in Muay Thai boxing) thankfully I'm sensible enough to not kick them off their bikes ... not worth getting stabbed or god knows what else the scumbags would have done. -

Just a quick one to ask you all to be vigilant When walking down the road on your phone. Tonight (Monday 29th Feb) at approximately 5.40pm I was walking along Spurling road (behind The EDT) on my phone checking facebook or something, oblivious to the fact that 2 men on a moped bike where riding along the pavement behind me and attempted to grab my phone from my hands. Thankfully the bastards dropped it. I was In total shock and ran towards the round about and as luck would have it as I went to cross at the zebra crossing the plonkers were there and had to stop!!! I ranted at them and got a look at them (both male , white and both had white helmets on one had a balaclava On under his helmet.) I also caught part of their number plate the bottom two letters were FY. They drove off towards goose green playground. -
Poor u Lady Norwood :-( this sounds horrible and scary!! Did you report it to the police they could have got his picture off the cctv. What a horrible creature. I hope karma deals with him. Xx

What's most horrifying (along with threatening to kick the muslim women's baby out of her stomach) but after about 4 mins into the racist rant she turns to the buggy and says "what's that? What's going on?" (Or something along them lines) and explained to her child what's going on! Poor child must have been terrified unless she does it so much the child doesn't bat an eye lid!

My son was out of nappies at 2 completely fine with wee's in the potty, but pooed his pants once sometimes twice a day for 7 months :-( really frustrating especially if I was at work in the middle of teaching a class (thankfully fitness class to fellow mums) and he would come over and tell me he had pooed him self :-( I have no advise to give , but will send big hugs as I feel your pain and frustration. Xx

Thank you so much for all your advice and support ladies. Convex he doesn't even tell me when he's going to go .... sometimes he won't even tell me he has gone. So the pull ups thing wouldn't work. He already has a step to the toilet that his brother uses but still no interest ... only used to go for a wee. My eldest son used to quite happily sit on the potty with some raisins watch peppa pig and wait till he done a poo. But Alex is totally different and won't sit still for more that 5 mins. He's always been like this refused to sit in a bimbo as a baby and would arch his back and turn till he was out lol Health visitor said keep doing what I'm doing (not reacting just change him and say very little ... incase he is doing it for attention) and if it's the same in 6 weeks go back and see her. It doesn't help that he doesn't poo at the same time every day so I can't even time it right! Thanks again for all your help. Simone x

My youngest has been out of nappies since 2 weeks after his 2nd birthday ... which is great BUT every day without fail he poos in his pants!! He is now 2 years and 7 months and totally confident on the wee wee front but not poos!!! I'm tearing my hair out!!! My elder son wasn't out of nappies till he was 2 and a half so I know Alex is still young and i should be grateful he's been toilet trained since 2. BUT any advice on poos would be helpful. Reward chart helped lots for the weeing but he hides in the house to poo his pants and doesn't care about getting a treat for doing poo on the toilet!!!
