  11. About 2 years ago I switched to only eating red meat once a week, and eating a lot more salad. When I had my last health check last August I was told my good cholesterol had gone up, my bad cholesterol had gone down. I have also noticed I no longer suffer from acid reflux which had bothered me for years previously ......

  17. I've been to the pharmacy and thought I would post details of opening times. They are closed at the following times: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 10.00 1.00- 2.00 6.30 onwards Saturday 9.00 - 10.00 1.00 - 2.00 5.00 onwards Sunday Closed
