?25.50 for each of the next 6 months by telling Sky I was thinking of leaving them. I also saved on the phone call to them by not phoning their 0844 number and finding an alternative 0800 number on a website that tells you that sort of thing. I hate phoning anyone's customers service AND having to pay for it. PS Sky are quite cute in that the number they tell you to call on their website adds the 5th digit to the 0844 to make it appear it's not a premium rate number. Down with this sort of thing.

I watched a bit of Watchdog last night where the subject of Gas/Electricity suppliers cold calling was brought up, after a number of complaints. The solution is to put a sign outside on or next to your door saying 'no cold callers'. They are not allowed to call if they see this sign.
