Seen a few sparrows in the park. And in Spitalifields City Farm there are literally hundreds of them that jump out the hedges as you walk past!

Ahh, see? I'll never know that feeling Legal, since I always shave. Yes, indeed, anothing thing that makes me feel old, coming home last night having drunk mulled wine with vodka and a lot of maragarita (home made), getting into bed at about 2 and feeling irritated that a neighbour's was having a noisy party! Put earplugs in. Sorted. But made me feel old!

There were loads being set off from Dawson Heights. Both from people within and the surrounding areas, and people who'd come to watch from the grounds around the Heights from where you can see absolutely everywhere in London from Battersea Power Station round to Canary Wharf. On a clear day I think you can see Blackpool Tower.

Why did no-one come and say hello? I was only a little drunk and I was shouting HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ANY EAST DULWICH FORUM FOLK!! and I was indeed with two people drinking from a flask (mulled wine, with vodka) and no-one came to say hello. What a fab view, and just after the fireworks finished we had a flurry of snow and then walked home. And it's half one and I only just woke up. Back to bed mind....

We saw that too. We were on our way to Clockhouse. When we crawled back home, it had escaped/been freed/was gone/ dug a hole and swam out from the bottom...

Oh I agree, I knew someone lived at Canonbie and that's the best - having said that, I shall be at Dawson Heights. I'll be wearing a black coat, have two people with me and we'll be drinking home made mulled wine I made this evening... out of flasks.

Also, as kids we are treated as kids, and not allowed by government to drink till we're so old. Yet me and friends I know had parents who responsibly allowed us to drink a little when we were young teenagers so it was no big deal. Like the French.

Free DVD player, got yesterday off a fab couple who posted it whilst I happened to be on line and I grabbed it. Ours broke the day before. New free one works perfectly. Fabulous. I'm really not playing this game properly am I!
