  2. I haven't been to the theatre for years but I did see Chimerica, which was impressive, pacey, noisy, thought provoking. And only ten days left in its run
  3. Don't get me (re) started on Southwark Life magazine. At least the other one is free
  4. I'm going to slip this one in because I'm absolutely amazed I've thought of one. Some local guy, he had a scene with Sue. Please don't get it immediately
  5. Do you do piercings?
  6. That watery eyed nut job couldn't be left alone to house sit a budgie
  7. Somebody authorised the paving of the entire length of Court Lane, which didn't need doing. It took months and probably cost as much as a hospital There should be a name and there should be shame.
  8. That would be fun
  9. I just watched this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXXn3-UpusI And I can't keep it to myself
  10. I could never spell mathamatics let alone do it and I went to a Grammer school
  11. Don't get me started on emoticon users
  12. Flying Pig: I had a great pint and some bad food but then they undercharged us so that was OK
  13. Wow six furlongs! I don't know what a furlong is but six of them sound like a long way. I knew some chaps that did own a nag and they used it as an excuse to get right royally lashed up at racecourses across the country and I think found the whole thing very enjoyable. However, I suspect if you want winners it might ruin your life
  14. http://www.openbooktoronto.com/news/special_feature_how_read_bowie I've read about seven of these, and started and not finished six or eight more. Plus Viz and Private Eye. But does it matter? Strafer?
  15. Bollox off

  19. According to my daughter, who's doing the nightshift there this weekend, King's A&E has become hopelessly overloaded because twunts think they might get on the telly
  20. Boy named Sue
  21. I resent the fact that this thread is always at the top of the list as is The Song Game Remains The Same. I can't do the former and I can't be bothered with the latter And I can't come up with a long runner myself HBoogie stop it
  22. I don't have these identity problems because I live in Dulwich, neither East, nor West, not North nor Village. Dulwich
  23. That there are those in ED whose thoughts turn immediately to twin necked guitars and falsetto Canadians at the mention of the word 'Rush,' is not entirely surprising.
  24. I went to see Rush in Peckham last night. There were four others in the audience. I drove up the multi story to see if I could have a gander at Franks but the steel shutters were up. There were three other cars in the car park. I thought I'd park on the 5th floor anyway but the lifts were out of order, it stunk of urine, there were some quite impressive piles of shite and a load of cardboard and rags. i.e. a number of people call it home. It all seemed a long way from the 'G' word. Good film though, and only a fiver to get in
  25. Given its rep, sloshing the downstairs/screaming rooms with luminol might yield interesting results
