  3. Good sense prevails - Fabregas is made Captain!
  4. Yes definitely Fabregas for captain. Good win by City - but hey the sky hasn't fallen in and we are still in 4th place!
  5. Happy Birthday to Georgia who has reached 21.......again!
  6. Glug glug glug
  7. Good news - it is reported Gallas has been stripped of his captaincy and will not be at Man City today. SHip him back to France asap I say!

  10. I think Gallas will be off in January - back to France as per his wishes. The only 25 year old player I can think of who is as opinionated is Eboue - but I could be wrong.
  11. I think its disgraceful that Gallas has spoken out - he is just trying to shift the blame to another player. Bottom line is, he is the Captain and should behave like one!
  12. Annaj - is there no end to your talents? Can't believe you were at university in '94 - you look far too young! Looking forward to your exhibition dance at the next Forum drinks.
  13. The Irresistible Inheritance of Wilberforce by Paul Torday. He alwo wrote Salmon Fishing in the Yemen which was highly enjoyable!

What the judges seem to forget that its an entertainment show and its for charity! I really doesn't matter who wins.

    a joke

2008's First Christmas Joke Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the pearly gates. "In honor of this holy season" Saint Peter said, "You must each possess something that symbolizes Christmas to get into heaven." The first man fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. "It represents a candle", he said. "You may pass through the pearly gates" Saint Peter said. The second man reached into his pocket and pulled out a set of keys. He shook them and said, "They're bells." Saint Peter said "You may pass through the pearly gates". The third man started searching desperately through his pockets and finally pulled out a pair of women's panties. St. Peter looked at the man with a raised eyebrow and asked, "And just what do those symbolize?" The man replied, "These are Carols."
  19. What a laugh tonight! Really looking forward to the next 3 weeks! Kilroy Silk is already getting on my nerves - plus I have never seen an ex-copper (Brian Paddick) look so scared as when he had to jump out of the plane! The oldies - Esther and Mr Zulu are doing really well - can't say the same for the two young girlies - who is Nicola? exactly?
  20. Welld one to Villa - they played exceptionally well. Not sure what happened to my team - but Bendtner was a waste of space. Oh well thats that til next season! Hope our toddlers can beat Burnley in the carling cup.....
  21. Right thats enough Gooner bashing! Bolton 1 Liverpool 2 Arsenal 2 Aston Villa 1 Blackburn 1 Sunderland 2 Fulham 4 Tottenham 4 Man Utd 2 Stoke City 2 Newcastle 2 Wigan 1 West Ham 2 Portsmouth 2 West Brom 0 Chelsea 4 Everton 1 Middlesbrough 2 Hull City 2 Man City 1
  22. Never even knew there was an 06.12 train! Why aren't you all still snuggled under your duvet at that time?!
