    Yes it still works. Responses are usually within 24hours. It is worth bearing in mind that the responses may be a little slow depending whos in the office and who's/how many are out on patrol so be patient.

    A colleague came into the office one morning not so long ago to ask wot one does wiv a circumcised todge as he'd never come across one b4... there was complete silence in the office... :-S
