    If you are sitting in the back of a car in a collusion wearing a seat belt can prevent you from crushing the person in front of you and potentially killing them. So I'd say wearing a seat belt does protect others no?

    That was partly why I raised the question... with the singing from the church and the kids at Soup Dragon (which can be heard in many directions depending on the way the wind is blowing) I was wondering is we'd be hearing things from the gym too. Or more importantly whether those running the gym had considered it (if you aren't familiar with current "disturbances" you may not be aware...) Was just trying to be helpful :)

    Also not a very good comparison - "we have have never had those kind of problems with the other businesses on Northcross Road e.g Thai Corner Cafe - even though they might have lots of drunk people inside them on a friday and saturday night!" Surely that is a differently kind of clientel altogether!
