  1. I saw that article. It's an absolute outrage. Currently waiting on official response from Eric Pickles in relation to the petition. Will publish the response once recieved.
  2. You are not being what my boss would call 'solution focussed' here people. Feck it I'm going for some self-facilitated, analytical results oriented reflection (Costa).
  3. How do you know there isn't lot's of tutting going on. I am typing and tutting, tutting and typing. I'm like a freakin metronome.
  4. I'm not sure this information is correct.
  5. a second hand Barbara Streisand is opening a cat agency for estates? What?
  6. To answer the question posed in the subject line. Yes, i think it's easy to sell a house, if you price it competitively.
  7. The Oyster card tracks your journey (i.e. where and when you get on and where and when you get off). It should therefore be possible to calculate when a refund is due because of late running trains.
  8. An estate agents run by second hand cats?
  9. I'm guessing Cafe
  10. You would hope that if the train doesn't run to time, they could just recredit your Oyster card. It charges automatically, so why doesn't it debit automatically too?
  11. The announcement at London Bridge station yesterday "try your best to board the service at platform 6, try your best to board this service". Like if I can't get on the train that I've paid for and which is massively late it's because I'M not trying hard enough? Bah!
  12. Mind you, you haven't said that it's not Poundland either
  13. You haven't said that it's not costa
  14. Yeah, let it burst free into the light.... it's all publicity for the new venture.
  15. There are lot of properties coming on the market and not a lot selling at the moment. I would say that you probably need to look at whether it's priced competitively.
  16. Brendan Wrote ------------------------------- > ......they are the only > party who has opened up the debate on real issues > that matter to people. Like the fact that > immigrants have AIDS. The fact that immigrants have AIDS. Jeez, really? Seriously?

  18. On the whole ED peeps seem happy where they are (at least for now) and should be happy for those who are happy somewhere else. So why is no one sounding happy.
  19. I like the Dulwich Raider's quote on this ( http://deserter.co.uk/2014/09/streetlife-lordship-lane-se22/ ), talking of Lordship Lane: "More recently it has attracted the attention of the anti-gentrification brigade, to which we all belong, of course, until you can?t get wifi, fresh coffee and a pulled pork bap."
  20. The fact that on a mild wet morning, no one on the bus opens the windows.
  21. Agree with that DC. They need to be so much bolder.
  22. I think it could be enhanced with some pink polka dots.
  23. Honestly, trains into London Bridge are now completely random. Forget the timetable, Just make sure that you give yourself plenty of time.
  24. Fair point RPsC - I'm sure no one actually wants to upset anyone and Emmableu's experience of antisocial behaviour does sound horrible. Glad you're liking ED.
