I think it's genuinely innovative too. I especially like the way the phone-texts come up on the screen, it could seem clumsy, yet it retains the intimacy between us the viewer & the character. It's like being let in, as with the theatrical "aside" device, we can then knowingly anticipate the following character interactions or story development. I also think the characters are well formed, Jack Whitehall aside ( he is very good though )The ones that tickle most me are Vod ( a bit of a Neil from the Young Ones character (Zawe Ashton ) & Oregon ( Charlotte Ritchie ) who plays it brilliantly. I grew up in the country and knew a girl quite like her. And last night we had the tears, I was moved for a while there, honest I was. Oh joy, it makes me laugh a lot anyway. NETTE:)

I was in there today. http://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg835/scaled.php?server=835&filename=cornuphoto.jpg&res=mediumhttp://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg510/scaled.php?server=510&filename=drspiritphoto.jpg&res=medium It looked suitably busy & vibrant indeed. It's hard to get the balance right in any of these places though. And the standard has moved up somewhat, though I do like some of the madder looking places too ( like the ju-ju/spiritual shop ) it adds to the overall experience. What you don't want is the Hoxton/Portabello thing happening there with "safe-but-hip" Byron burger et al blah blah blah moving in. It's a homogenous plateau from there on in (except for the landlords of course ) Other things are moving along in the area too, with three new markets opening in Station Rd. Brixton Friday food market starts Nov 4th. Brixton Flea market will be on the 1st saturday of each month starts Nov 5th. Brixton Vintage & Retro market on the 3rd saturday of each month starts Nov 19th. See here for other south-london-guff & not a bad little paper to boot. NETTE(tu)

She was convinced it was a Puff-Ball and it turned out to be a young Flyagaric Toadstool. "I could hear the birds feeding on the bird-table, as if they were right here next to me" she said of her auditory hallucinations. Bless her, life will never be the same. NETTE:-S

I love a little foraging at this time of the year. I went for a quick reccy today at my Secret-Site though the weather's been a bit dry lately, so no show yet. Last year I picked a few kilos of Bay Boletus in one afternoon, we dried & used them over the winter. And if you happened to be listening to Radio 4 on Wednesday then you'll have heard Mushroom & Fungus expert Roger Phillips on You & Yours. Have a listen here. It was very enlightening, if your curious about this kind of thing. Also see link below for a free App, which i've yet to try in-the-field. Wild Mushroom App http://www.jampol.eu/grafika/foto2/gatunek/podgrzybek.jpg "Y-ummy" I highly recommend as it's a great day out and a strangely addictive pass time. And remember there's only 5 that'll kill you. Happy Hunting. NETTE:)

Get an I-phone They irritate others way more just by their very presence. Who actually cares what they do well/crap & do we ever out perform them. Ever see a dirty/muddy range rover in London ? No, not often. NETTE:-S

There's a clip on the BBC website of him ( alive ) after he was captured from a drain. Yep, "captured from a drain" Blimey, not very glamourous really, eh. Apparently they shot him for trying to escape Nette:-S
