Anyone else suffer from UDI's.......... Unidentified drunken injuries, ive had bruises, cuts and even a break, all discovered the next day of such severity im sure i would have remembered recieving them.:-S

Explains why i cant remember much of my youth, think thunderbird was 17.5% ooh eewww yech at the thought. On the same vein(alcohol filled)why do some drinks give you alcomnesia and others you can be totally bladdered on and remember the whole night the next day in mortified horror?

Having done quite a bit of driving long distances recently i have been right royally frustrated at the drivers who sit in the middle lane of the motorway when the left hand lane being totally free of traffic. No amount of flashing or indicating behind them will shift them from doing 70 or less in a lane designed to overtake slower vehicles in the left hand lane. The only response i got was anger or total lack disbelief that they are doing anything wrong. They are causing other drivers to break the law by undertaking. Ooh im getting quite angry thinking about it now. Are you a middle lane driver, if you are, can you tell me why? (6)

No, not Wagoners Walk or Hancocks Half hour........... I have been given an old square bakelite radio. I cant get any reception on it, am i being a total technodunce? It makes crackling noises when the tuning (LW &VHF/MW) button is turned. It has a VHF antenna socket in the back (2 small holes set horizontal one a little bigger than the other) however i dont have the antenna. I would like to get this working as it has great sentimental value for me. Any ideas, oh and i am a bit of a technophobe so go easy on me you techies.

So Boring i spent the afternoon cutting odd eyes out of magazines and sticking them inside the lenses of my glasses, random i know bit it made me giggle for ages...................... I know i need to get out more. PS you need to cut the out pupils if you want to walk around in them, I got some great looks on Sloane Street. :))

Today is pretty danm dull also, im all coffee'd out, ive even done some work! As we say in Yorkshire, "i mite go in't garden an chuck muck at me'sen"

"At the end of the day" - My most hated expression. Caracterful - One for the estate agents. Disingenuous - Just say what you mean. I heard a great conversation between two seemingly 'it' girls. It went. 1st girl "Hes like really cool" 2nd girl " Yah, i know hes like so hot its unreal" So if he is only like hot he must be something else but not actually hot & if hes only like cool similarly hes not actually cool. Does that make him just warm and is that cool or hot?:-S

Apparently My neighbour lodged the compaint that it was causing his house to subsude..... its much nearer our block than his house. i suspect he didnt like the leaves or sycamore seeds on his car or in his garden!:(

Whilst walking to the station today i noticed an empty bottle of Cherry B (the little drink with the big kick) this instantly took me back to my teens and the little bottles of goodies that used to appear in the drinks cabinet just before Christmas. Snowball, with cat sick viscosity would be there untill the following year. Babycham would have been my tipple of choice as a 13 year old alas that was the first to go. Double Diamond that apparently worked wonders and many others that came in a 'Party 7' can, where did they go? Any other obscurities remembered?

I came home from work last night to find my beloved tree and home to many squirrels had been cut down. I live in a private block with a beautiful garden. The tree was my only privacy from the road and the top deck of the Crystal Palace bus that passes every 15 minutes. I rang the management company this morning and apparently the insurance company had instructed it to be removed. The tree wasnt close to the building or the road. Do you need planning permission etc to take down a tree?
