Bring them home.... Keep Fletcher as Coach, stuff the West Indies and Indian this summer. While doing so slowly introduce Peter Moores to take over from Fletcher. There is no doubting that Fletcher has done a great job for English cricket. When he took over we were the second worst test playing nation, we are currently (and have been for a while) in second place. We shouldn't turn our backs on that success. Test Match cricket is what counts not the one day record??

Moving this forward I will start with; Plan A Which is Chartwells approach, most of our meetings will take place over a cup of tea and freshly baked pastries (Polly Dorners idea.)
