I think Welbeck could do well if allowed to play as a striker, and Arsenal fans I know seem to think so too. Bit you (SJ) are the only one I know that isn't feeling a bit disappointed having seen other strikers moving to other clubs for not huge amounts of money.

Happy with that! Really wasn't sure how today would go, but shouldn't have been so worried. Sterling looking awesome (well I say "looking", I've not actually seen it, so guess "sounding" more apt), Balotelli needs fitness, but sounds like he was involved in a positive way. And regarding the penalty, concensus seems to be that it was soft, but it was a penalty. Suarez may be gone, but our defence is looking better, and if they can keep improving then we shouldn't need all his goals (baring in mind that even without his 30 odd goals last year we still scored more than all but a couple of teams.

Do you know anyone with a blue badge? Get them to cone round and park in the disabled spot, that would piss him off! (especially as he probably views it as HIS spot, which it isn't. Even if the council put a bay outside your house because you are disabled, the space can be used by any blue badge holder).

It's a horrible feeling because they simply won't have a definite answers for you, this was the thing that made us think twice about buying our place at the start of the year. Hate to say it, but it really is a case of taking a bit of a leap of faith. What I would clarify is exactly what your monthly service charge will cover (as some of the decoration type stuff should be included), and whether there is any actual scheduled work planned. Outside of that there just isn't much you can do. Do you mind saying what the asking price is? Perhaps if there is scheduled work you could knock them down a bit...

At the end if the day we all use this forum for free so we don't really have a right to demand anything. I agree that multiple posts in the For Sale section ahoukd be removed. If you had other posts from general conversations removed I think that's harsh. And as I've said on the other thread, I think it's harsh to remove posts because you've put FS in the title (unless I've misunderstood something about that). But again, the owner of the site and their chosen mods run the place as they see fit and we can either use it or not.

Because it's the for sale or offered section so I tend to put "for sale" or "offered free".
