Yeah bit no one had hear of Alli, you can bet he'd go for a hefty fee now. Sterling had had a good season with Liverpool, showing he could play alongside a world class player like Suarez. In truth Suarez made him look good, but that's why he cost a fortune.

Corbyn and MaDonnell would be better off taking their huge youth support and starting a new party for left wing students to vote for. I supported Corbyn, I wanted him to change things a bit, but he's not strong enough. The PLP are slaughtering him from within. I don't think McDonnell would do any better, although he is better in interviews. Corbyn isn't dealing with his own senior party well, and he's not dealing with the less savory side his grass routes support strongly enough either. And meanwhile a Tory party who are wounded and prone, are being allowed to regroup and deal with their own shit without being mauled by an effective predatory opposition.

Thing is, if Leicester win it, it will be an absolutely amazing achievement. If spurs win it, it'll be because the top teams had a bad year ;-)

That's what I'm hoping for Titch. Very interested to see which players come and go this summer. Benteke will surely be one of the first out the door at a huge loss, which is basically how LFC seem to roll (see also Carrol).

Maybe, I can't honestly say I watch a lot these days full stop (not even Wimbledon). But used to watch a fair bit. I agree number of sets isn't a good enough argument, especially when the women have said "okay we'll play 5".

Heard Novak Djokovic on the radio this morning, and he was saying he felt men deserved higher pay because they still draw more attention to the events. I'm not sure I agree morally, but with sports it is often about who attracts the most TV money and that sort of thing. Personally I've always preferred watching the women's game, and not for pervy reasons, I just find it more entertaining.

Well then the owners should have given her the boot ages ago, as she has single handedly brought on most of the ill will towards the place. I never stopped in, but did buy the odd cake there to take around to my mum's. They were always nice (the cakes).

Can't believe Liverpool lost today, I checked the score on 83 minutes and it was still 2-1, so I thought to myself "hope we don't conceed and equaliser". Couldn't believe it when I looked 15 minutes later. And none of the other results went how I'd have liked either.

And Leicester go marching on. I fully expect Spurs to win tomorrow, but if they slip up I think it would be a huge psychological boost for Leicester as it would leave them on 66 and their closest rival yet to make 60.

If Chelsea hadn't equalised I'd have been in for 3 points. Bastards.
