I completely agree with that post.

I missed Corbyn on Andrew Marr this morning, but the live bbc feed featured tweets from a real mixed bag, all saying he did well. Even a Spectator columnist)
  3. 8/10 Quids. And what Jeremy said.

    That's somewhat dispiriting.
  5. What Louisa said. And many happy returns.
  6. Sugar free Red Bull. What is the point???

But it shouldn't be raised to make a point about noise. Anyway, this is silly, I won't post again and add to your issues. Unless you imsult me, in which case I'll be back :-) Hope you sleep well tonight.
  8. Thing that shows that up to be a load of total crap is 7) E20 Olympic Park Has anyone been up to E20? It's a weird and souless place, a new Thamesmead for 2015.

  10. Fazer in all seriousness, comparing the denial of one thing to the denial of another thing is indirectly comparing those two things. Holocaust has no business being mentioned at all in a thread about noisy planes. No doubt you'll dismiss this and call me a moron or worse, but facts are facts.

The issue is Aircraft > noise - not Fazer. When someone starts throwing insults around (before anyone has said anything rude to him) they tend to lose sympathy pretty quickly. Fazer is an angry little man, and the fact he's compared holocaust to excessive aircraft noise shows him up as a very odd person.

    Can't believe that's a first. Deserved tonight.
  13. I do think Rocket was WAY overdone in the last decade. A small amount can be nice, but it was bloody everywhere, and a large amount really isn't nice.
  14. I am a big fan of Lidl, but their doughnuts are f*cking shit!

I love a pain au chocolat. And if I'm feeling a bit dirty I like a chocolate croissant from Tescos (not even close to being the same thing).

What Quids said. Whatever his faults off the pitch, both Suarez's both individual brilliance and the fact he's a very unselfish player who brought out the best in Sterling and Sturridge is what took us close. I don't think Rogers deserves all the credit. I tried to convince myself last summer that Suarez was only one man and couldn't have had THAT big an impact, but he simply did. I think most people realised that the team actually looked weaker with Gerrard in it last season, although they probably think he could have been handled a lot better. Basically I just think Rogers is too stubborn, and needs to broaden his horizons a bit.

You don't see a lot of (if any) social workers (for example) working in the private sector. So I'd say it's a pretty sweeping statement to say public pays higher than private, when a lot of public sector workers don't have the option to work in the private sector.
  24. Fair play, that's good to hear. So long as it's not jazz! ;-)
  25. Was gutted to miss that, but was cream crackered.
