Loving your logic. And having looked at your recent posts I am guessing that's where I've upset you. No idea where I've ignored you. Either way I stand by my posts on that other thread, burning people to death because they disagree with your world view is extremist behaviour, it's not a normal thing to say.
  2. What comment was that then?
  3. If someone was that openly hostile to you AqM you'd be upset I reckon.

Guardian has backed Cooper... Annoying as I was quietly considering her, but hate to go with the guardian which is increasingly doing my head in.
  5. They may well be doing that, I was just commenting on the closures of lots of big clubs (which all probably charged a fortune for a drink).

Yeah that has turned me right off I have to say. They all say some good stuff. There is no way Kendall will get my vote, and yet I like what she says on social care and education (my worlds). It's a shame that Burnham is so wishy washy, I like the guy, but he hasn't really set out anything remotely solid.
  7. How do you CHOOSE which words YOU'RE going to CAPITALISE?
  8. I was more of a gigs or dirty rock clubs kinda guy. But I wonder if life is just too expensive now and younger people don't have the spare cash to blow at the weekend?

BBC News Site has good summaries on each of the candidates. Andy Burnham http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-33802493 Yvette Cooper http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-33859518 Jeremy Corbyn http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-33772024 Liz Kendall http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-33859523

  11. I had milk delivered for a while a couple of years ago, but they overcharged me twice so that was the end of that. Shame because I liked having the glass milk bottles.
  12. He was ertainly looking as recently as last month. He was funny.
  13. I love Sydenham (lived there for 8 years until last Feb) and would have bought there rather than Penge if we could have afforded it. Lower Sydenham is a bit shit though, as is that end of Catford.

I wouldn't mind Corbyn getting in and Labour losing the next GE, if it gave other Labour MPs a massive kick in the arse and wake up call. I think all that people want is some passion and someone who seems real.

Barton move to West Ham off. I think those fans that have pressured the club have cost themselves a good player. A few years ago, I'd have called Barton a scumbag, but I think he has grown up quite a lot. He'll always pick up bookings, but he is a quality player. Maybe he'll end up with one of the promoted clubs...
  17. But many not. Lightweights. Guess they could afford rehab after saving on London house prices.
  18. "You could say they are taking from the poor and giving to the rich. A bit like Robin Hood, if he?d been a cunt." Love that line. And yes, much as Southwark are often rubbish, fair play regarding the Half Moon.

Her neighbours have been REALLY welcoming and lovely, she's over the moon.
  20. I wouldn't fancy Forest Gate at all. I work in Newham and know it well. Frankly I wouldn't rush to move anywhere in the borough. There are plenty of places where ?550k+ will still get you a nice house.

Shame no one had a word with the player for faking injury.

  23. You'd probably still get a house in Sydenham for that budget, and definitely a nice house in Penge.

  25. This thread is bringing me down man.
