  1. Australia were as impressive as England appeared confused (with their selections). This was a tough group but with home advantage England should be in the q/finals. A lot has obviously gone wrong and fast tracking a League convert seems silly. I wonder who was picking the team? Farrell? As for the winners I wonder if New Zealand will suffer from not having had a real test in the pool. If Australia continue with this form it could be them. Ireland are progressing nicely and have a great coach, so who knows. France are always unpredictable and it's about time they won it. They might lose to Ireland next week and beat the AB's in the quarters. They owe them one. As for making the draw for groups so far in advance, if anyone should complain it's Fiji. They have been a pleasure to watch and would have qualified in a different group.
  2. David is the only one to go for Japan & Scotland wins. First one looking good.
  3. I bet Louisa likes chips....or a least one.
  4. Some things just aren't worth knowing.
  5. Michael Cheika is a very good coach and I think a good coach makes a lot of difference. So I would not be surprised at all to see Australia win tomorrow. Wales have time enough to recover for their match I think. More than the Aussies will.
  6. It does for England. Australia has a free get of of jail card as they have another match.
  7. How do you know?
  8. Perhaps the wife could find another job where they have childcare facilities. Get you off the hook.
  9. Arsenal v Tottenham Europa League Final a step closer.......
  10. Off topic. But why is it the 'in crowd' get to decide who else can have nuclear weapons or not as may be the case? A bit cliquey isn't it?
  11. Bonus points are accumulated within the Pool so you are right, that's why you are top. Don't knock it. Getting BP's is half the fun. You would be joint 3rd on Global Total as there are two with more than you. ETA If you hover over the various abbreviations at the top of the leaderboard, you will see what they mean.
  12. Round 4 Fixtures Thursday: Wales v Fiji 16.45 France v Canada 20.00 Friday: New Zealand v Georgia 20.00 Saturday: Samoa v Japan 14.30 South Africa v Scotland 16.45 England v Australia 20.00 Sunday: Argentina v Tonga 14.30 Ireland v Italy 16.45 Some difficult ones to predict here methinks especially on Saturday.
  13. Leaderboard: Still a long way to go.........
  14. Round 3 Results: Yellow Cap for Mima being the only one to predict Wales to win.
  15. Tea pre shower followed by a coffee afterwards before leaving for work. No sugar. Water at work.
  16. Now that is a lot of analysis to take in though I'm sure it's done (though perhaps not by some refs). They can't seem to even call a crooked feed. I wonder where the Aussies are staying as they are training at Dulwich College for the duration. The French were less than impressed with Croydon and yesterday Jamie Heaslip was wondering where to get a coffee in Guildford and is there anything to do there? I don't know, Jamie.
  17. At least you didn't get the naughty stick in that Round. As you have had only two less correct results than the leader you can hardly say you know nothing.

  20. Wow. Well done Wales. What a win.

I thought you were good enough to beat Norwich. Norwich.....
