How did the Greens win a seat in Brighton? Anyone?

Anyone know why this happens and how to overcome it? It appears to have no problem with other Apps but when it comes to Facebook Messenger it won't allow it. I've read about this code but haven't found a way to overcome it or at least one I understood.
